looking to get some new plugs and have been told denso is the best for my application. how do i figure out what temp and such i need?

Hi Crash - from looking at this, I'd say IT-20 ... or even IT22, if yer really into the boost. Call & ask, perhaps?
That, couple with some 'logging / plug reading to make sure you got the right heat range for yer particular setup.
