02 F-150 stalls at start up

I've had the truck for over 2 years and it has only 80,000 miles on it. Every once in awhile it will idle rough and then stall on start up and ill have to give it some gas for it to stay idle. Once i get it going its fine. When it starts up normally its idles perfectly. It didnt happen for the entire summer until now and its pissing me off. What the first thing I should check or replace. Spark plugs were changed less than 7,000 miles ago and Air filter is perfectly clean. I barely drive it more than 500 miles a month unless i take a trip upstate so the truck isnt really used or beaton on.

I was thinking the fuel injectors maybe need a cleaning or fuel filter needs to be replaced....any suggestions?
