a nice race....

Well I always tell you guys how much better my truck runs when its not heat soaked, I lined up with an 07 acura rdx, which does the 1/4 in 14.7, and we took off, I had him at first, he was almostdead even, I hit 2nd, pulled away a little, hit 3rd, he was at my bumper, and then at about 95mph i let out, he was at my back bumper still.... hmm I wish i could run the track tonight. A little more timing makes a big difference! sorry, I Forgot my video camera at home. I then raced a single cab 5.4 2wd, smoked it lol

They are, odds are he was just playin' with ya.

What is an "intake exuast" srt4? A special edition? So I take it you knew what modifications the srt4 had?

Built54,

Good run!

The Acura would prolly of beat me, but a stock 5four 3 valve doesn't have a chance unless it's tuned. Theres a big difference between the two..

The 98 2 valve 5four is a strong freakin motor.

Good race built - Yup, that's when happens - making a run for some fast food or up to the party store for a twelve.

Yeah - special edition. There's a big old pipe runnin' from the exhaust exit back into the intake. For ULEV compliance..... 'splains why it was so doggy ....

Nice one, Built!

Built54,

Good run!

actually met the guy the next weekend. friend of my adam knows him. i was hanging out in waco with some friends and he rolled up. he was the common ricer wandering if i was on nawz. hes one of those guys who will buy used parts for more if he thinks the car they came off of it da shiz. so my friend adam charged him more than retail for the used parts that came off his srt 4 since hes runnin a 50 trim now. actually the night i raced the dude my drive shaft tried to fly out on me the bushing walked out started spraying fluid had to pull to a truck stop called pat he brought me a hammer and a flat blade and i tapped it back in there and drove it home. got a new tail shaft the following week. damn fords and their 1 piece drive lines!! dont wanna go over 100mph
