i really dont like factory parts that cant handle horsepower, but anyways.. here is a list of my problems that i need help with and would appreciate it... whenever i go over bumps i here a popping noise coming from my front tires and if im facing my tires and give them a little kick i hear the pop.. also im not sure if this is a dumb ? or not but on the 5.4L the very bottom middle pulley which i believe is the harmonic balancer one, its shaking very lopsided and clicking,(the bolt is tightened to specs) is it just the pulley shaking or, what its connected to is shaking ..if you guys have any ideas or can help would you please let me know ASAP.. also is the balancer built into the pulley because when i search harmonic balancer for my truck the only thing that comes up is the actual pulley...thanks again guys

 

Nice truck, always liked the "boss", anyways, are you familiar with the procedures to check the tie rods and ball joints? I would bet one of those is the pop. The crank pulley is familiar to me as well, my uncle's 99 grand marquis had this stupid wobble. I don't think it's bad but maybe should be replaced as the rubber between the balancer and pulley might have worn out.

 

bearings probably went out in your wheels... mine did and i had to replace them
