Misfire on 3

All of a sudden i was cruiseing along and I felt the trucks engine begin to studder....and i have a code reader so I hooked it up and found out it is cylinder #3 Missfiring. It only studders through when I let it die down to idle...like at a light....or drive it steadily at a speed where the rpms are low. Any ideas on what the issue could be.. The plugs where just changed 500km ago.
