I have a 99 f150 with a 5.4. After replacing the passenger side cylinder head and getting everything back together I can't get any spark. Also the tach does not register any rpm during cranking. I double checked the pickup wheel on the crank and it is installed correctly. Could my crank position sensor go bad from pulling it off? I am at a loss right now and any help would be appreciated.

Could be a PATS system problem, not sure how a head replacement would trigger it. How long was the battery disconnected?
