smoke coming from engine bay

I have a 1990 f150 with the stock 5.0 on the left bank the third sparkplug there is smoke coming from it. I pulled the boot and the head of the spark plug is covered in oil and so isnt the boot. Its only that side and the plug. Is this something to be concered about. I would bring it into my shop but school isnt open yet. Any Ideas?

Yep - has to be. You'll need a T40 to get the center bolt out of the plenum (#50). If there's not enough room, grind a little aluminum out of there & the tool will fit.

The upper stud on the plenum brace will probably spin (with the ground strap), and it takes a VERY thin 11mm(7/16") wrench to get behind it.
