Well - the OP in that second thread sure knows. He fixed his himself.

And if what he says about this problem leaning out the motor holds, then I would get it fixed asap.

BTW - The system is supposed to alter the runner config for better low-end torque.

Had mine replaced to fix the bogging issue, along with the entire intake manifold (under warranty, whew!) Now, something is causing the timing to be retarded at about 50% throttle. Ford field engineer says it may be the cam phasers fooling the PCM to think that the knock sensors are setting off limp home mode. We will see. The Ford engineer says that there are 5 other trucks in the country with my symptoms. One was fixed with new cam phasers and tensioners, while another required a new engine I hope mine gets fixed soon...
