Sometimes at a traffic light my engine hesitates , I feel like it is going to stall.
I have brand new Plugs and wires.
Can someone give me a hint what it could be ?
I do not have an Check engine light on. It runs fine. it happens randomly.

Look to the fuel delivery, dirty TB/intake/maf, tired O2 sensors,..... Could be a host of worn/dirty/tired parts.

 

Sounds like a sticking IAC [ idle air controller]. Do a search here, plenty of info and pics.
