Gassy Smell At Idle

1997 F250 5.4L

I've done a tune up on this truck as well as had the EGR valve replaced, and the ports for that cleaned. Cleaned the MAF, and replaced a couple of the cops. I also have a drop in K&N air filter. When you crank the truck up, after it runs for a minute or so you smell what seems to be raw gas coming out the exhaust. I am getting ready to change both front end O2 sensors and probably the IAC as well. Does any body have any other thoughts on what this might be? Oh yeah, are the bolts for the IAC as bad about breaking off as everything else seems to be? Thanks.
