Exclamation Helppp

fuel pressure.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

i have a in tank holly 255lph fuel pump and a 255 inline fuel pump..im woundering if it is too much because i do have a procharged v8 5.4 ...ive been driving it. and it did die out the first burn out i did. but started back up no problem.. and the second time i started it ..the idle was fluxing and i gassed it and it died out...i was woundering if i should keep the intank one or swap out the inline one for a smaller lph but the reason i added the intank one was because the truck was dieing out wen the inline pump got hot....HELP

Who supplied the inline ? Didn't it come with the kit?

Idunno , my understanding is that you add the inline kit as an addition to your stock tank pump..

You running stock injectors? The 19's?

Did you ever have the 255 & the inline running at the same time? You smell fuel lol

Why don't you list your mods you have done so it's easier to figure this out..

That's just it , we don't know and he needs to supply somoe info. It's posible to run 19's if he has the two core I-cooler. A 3 core and 54lb injectors would be the way to go to get the most out of that set up..

Sounds like he may have just thrown it on there without thinking everything thru.

Just a hunch
