Which gasket to replace?

I was driving my 1997 F150 (4.6L) home from FL last night, and started getting a misfire. When I got home, I pulled the code: Cylinder #4 misfire detected. So went to the store and got new plugs and wires. The truck has 170k+ miles, dont know when the last time that plugs were replaced. Anyway, during the job, I noticed that cylinder #4 had coolant in the plug hole, and cylinders 1, 2 and 3 had oil all over the plug and plug holes. I got tired and havent done the left bank yet
So, I havent noticed any signs of coolant in the oil, and the truck has no smoke, white or black in the exhaust. So I dont think that the head gasket is leaking... could it be intake manifold gasket? valve seals? If its head gaskets, I think I'll go buy a jeep. Always wanted one of those.. I dont think i have the tools/space needed for head gaskets, and I'm not paying a dealer $2k+ to do it for me.. i didnt pay that much for the truck
I've done a search, and havent really found anything definative..

Thanks

there is a heater hose right above that plug, put a new hose clamp on it, mine leaked at one time and rusted a plug in two.

Check the hose that built was referring and be more careful when adding oil to the engine. The oil will run down the fill tube and work its way back along the valve cover to the plug wells.
