Spark plug part number
Spark plug part number
I've searched and have read all the threads about replacing plugs etc...
I don't seem to find the Motorcraft part number anywhere, All Data DIY didn't have it either.
I noticed most of the plug issues were around 2004's. I'm guessing 2001's are in the same boat?
I'm having a local shop change them for about $200.00, I'm supplying the plugs.
2001 F150 Screw 5.4 anyone know the Motorcraft part number?
Any good sources for great prices on these and COP's ?
Never changed oxygen sensors, have 105k, would that be a good idea too ?
Thanks guys

Go to www.motorcraft.com and look up the part number.
There's an ebayer that jbrew has recommended that sells an 8-pack of COPs for under $100.
O2 sensors? Well, maybe the two upstream ones only. However, I tend to keep using them as long as they still work and only replace them when I have data that indicates they have failed. The downstream ones seldom fail. Besides, they're only for monitoring the cats and have nothing to do with the engine operation.

Spark Plugs
When it comes to plugs I only use NGKs
Here is the site to find the plug you need.
