Cold Air Intake

I was wanting to purchase a cold air intake for my 01 F150 and 00 Expedition. I was wondering any recomendations on brand of if they really provide that much better gas mileage. I also was wondering if anyone has had experience with throttle body spacers?

Throttle body spacers are pure gimmick and a waste of precious money.

Goback to the forum overview and look at the exhast intake systems forum. Then run a search. It all depends on what you want, but its all in there.
