You won't need to splice if you have another. All plugs/connectors come apart on these harnesses. I replaced the majority of mine . Theres a rubber insert on the female sides that just pulls out . Inside the plugs there a plastic insert you jimmie out with a little screwdriver or pic. You will see what I mean when you get a replacement - self explanatory

Totally replaceable

And not that expensive I take it. You the man, Jbrew. Thanks. Do they sell those at Autozone, or do I have to go to the dealer?
