5.4L problems

Changed out the plugs(motorcraft) cleaned all sensors/valves, TB, when strated it runs rough. I have looked at everything I can think, I must be missing something. Any ideas on what to check next. When in park it sounds really somooth around 2000 rpm, when driving it shakes really bad, even at idle. It ran ok before changing the plugs, just a little hard to start, now I don't know Help please!!!

Im going to say you didnt get a cop seated good on one or more of the plugs, ive had that problem, just put on them and move them side to side as your pushing, should seat them. also check all the injector plugs, make sure one didnt come loose. You could also have a vacuum leak, just double check everything.

You got lucky , glad to here it . Usually if you wash the motor and get them wet , the COP's are never quite right after that ..
