Exclamation stupid 4.6 f150/mustang question

i dont know if i'm the only one thats thought about it but. all the performance ENGINE parts, from the 4.6 2valve mustangs, would work with a new 06' 4.6 wouldnt they? price differences are huge, F150store.com sells a coil/connector kit for almost $500, but a company called MOTOblue makes a coil/connector kit for the 4.6 2/3/4 valve applications listed for a mustang that look identical to ours, and only cost $199 for 8 coils and 8 connectors?
shouldn't these parts work with our trucks? btw, they also have an electric w/p kit that supposedly frees up 11.2hp @ the wheels...

to my knowledge only differences are tuning, intake manifold, and TB going from cable to fly-by-wire. So umm yah should work

I would imagine there are a lot of interchangeable parts, just do your homework...

yes the coils and basic bolt ons will work. the 06 f150 4.6 is still a 2v motor
