is it throwing a code or is it just running rough?? you dont want to just start throwing parts at it.

plugs are brand new and wires are less than a year old. i probably should get new coils. but could it possibly be an injector?

injectors rarely go bad. only thing is when they get stuck open and that can cause a big problem. but even that is rare. how many miles are on your truck??

194000. my thought was that maybe one of the injector could be clogged or just dirty

194k?? ok could be a bad coil. they are reliable but your almost at 200k so..they are probably getting tired. you can always get the injectors cleaned at a shop for 50$ see if that helps. with that miles im leaning towards coil pack. good chance those are the originals.

If you are convinced that there is a good ignition, try to Find a BG shop to do a fuel system service. They clean up the injectors, valves, throttle plate, intake, combustion chambers, pump and even the front 1/3 of the cat. It's a 3 part process, they do the fuel rail, the throttle body and the fuel delivery system. The last part, BG 44K, goes through the fuel system with about 15 gallons of gas and removes the carbon that the first 2 steps softened. 44K is so refined that it does not burn in the combustion chamber, it just cleans and moves down the exhaust. Good stuff.
