guides and tensioners????
Will the guides and tensioners from a 4.6 engine work on a 5.4?

The guides and tensioners are the same, only difference is in the tools needed to hold the cams at TDC. The 5.4 and 4.6 Windsor use the same tool, but the 4.6 Romeo uses a different tool.
