2006 5.4 How much oil?

I am about to change my oil for the first time myself in stead of letting someone else do it. I bought moto syn and moto filter. I just need to know how much to put in.

It's in the owners manual but it should be 6 quarts.

Per manual, it is 7 Qts 6.6L, But they also tell you to refill the oil until the oil level is between the lower hole and upper hole or between the Min and Max marks. Oil above the max mark may cause damage to your engine.
