Lightning cams

Is there a difference between 99-04 lightning cams and those found of regular NA 5.4 engines?

Thanks
Eric

Cool

HI!... All P.I (power improved) heads have the same cams and all non "P.I" have the same cams. Ford only made 2 prophiles of cams for the 2-valves.

1994-98 = 0.461/0.466 LIFT

1999-2004 = 0.504/0.531 LIFT.

well if i got a set of used heads and cams, from a 99-04 f150 2 valve, would i see a noticeable power gain since they are PI, and also was their a different intake manifold from the 97 and 99-04 f150's

4.6 that is

Yes. A very good power gain. I have a 2 page write up on my pi head swap if you send me your email address.
