twintips_17, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
You are trying to send a Private Message. To minimize unsolicited commercial messages, this functionality is only available to users that have been registered for at least 90 days and have made at least 100 posts. You may be able to email the user, if they have elected to receive email messages from other users.

I get that message everytime i try and post under my other name. I created this one just so i could figure this out. Any help would be great.

Huh , I dunno - yea , I would write the administrator or moderator.

I think it's Rob you want first - Go over to the "General Discussion" forum - They post allot over there and it will say who they are next to there names.

Something must be the matter with the board - the only username that shows up in the member list is twintips_18, but searching for posts by twintips_17 shows a bunch.

I'd use the e-mail contact form, click the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. That should send an e-mail to the admin, who can use his admin control panel to see what's the matter with your account.
