small rattle or knock

engine noise
hey everybody , I have a 99 f150 4.6 ,truck runs great but there's a rattle or a light knock when i rev the engine but only for a split second , does not make the sound under-load , truck has 98,000 and uses a little oil maybe 1.5 qts every 3,000. thanks for any info in advance
