Yeah, I hate it when that happens! My cables are still in great shape and the connectors on the starter were really good too.

Can't believe you put a 'Bosch' anything in your rig!! ha, ha!

That's funny! I had a Bosch cordless drill and it died less then a year later! It was a cheap POS 9v thing I think, but still.....

A buddy of mine had a 1972 Mercedes Benz 220 with a 4 banger in it.. It went thru 3 Bosch starters before he finally got rid of it... Good thing it had that lifetime warranty, because he got all the replacements for free, but I had to put them in! Got 'paid' with beer among other things, so it was worth it and fun at the same time!

HAHA, that's cool - can't beat that! You must have stock in Bosch

I still haven't heard of anyone getting the mileage out of a set of Bosch Plugs as you have..

My truck ran for maybe a total of 5 minutes on a set of those - then it only went 40 miles on a set of Autolites before the flippen light went on..

Idunno - we have the same motors - same awesome trans too..

Dunno man... Still got the OEM COPS too! My light has only come on twice. Once for a shot IAC and once for a miss on #4. The miss was due to the heater hose leaking on the COP. Replaced the COP, tightened up the clamp on the heater hose and it's been clear ever since...

Just lucky I guess... I should give them a look, just to see what 110,000 mile plugs look like! I last looked at #1 about 3 years ago or so.... I swore I would never go that long on a set of plugs, but I just have not seen any indication that they are wearing out....
