How long do f150 5.4 last like milage.

My truck has 109,000 miles and wanted to know how much longer the truck will last me. I take care of it really good still runs like new.

I think you answered your own question. If you take good care of your vehicle, it will take care of you..It is that simple.
Maintenance, Maintenance, Maintenance is the key to having a good running vehicle.

I'm at 220K on my 97 5.4. Still runs beautiful, gets about 15mpg city, 18mpg highway. Uses a quart of oil between changes, but it has done that since I switched to synth at about 30K. Everything except air filter (K&N), serpentine belt (Gatorback), sparkplugs (Motorcraft Platinums), one COP, Fluids, and alternator is factory original. I keep thinking that the water pump or the radiator hoses gotta be gettin ready to go, but every time I check them, they look almost new.
