wiring questions

if i was to do a 4.2l swap to a 4.6l does anybody have any clue as to what kind of wiring changes i would have to do to the truck to bolt the 4.6l engine in the truck.

I think you need the wiring harness from the 4.6 and the computer.
That's alot of work!!Your better off to sell yours and get one with a V8.
I know this has been asked but can't remember exactly what's involved.
