Vacuum Diagrams for Lightning

High Guys need some info, pics or diagrams on how the vacuum hoses should be connnected for the supercharger please, had a over boost condition flash up so possible bypass problem... What is the diameter of the standard blower pulley and what boost does it produce?

Many thanks..

Thinkin the stock diameter is about 8-10", if not bigger.... Most boost at stock on the factory gauge ought to be 8-10 psi... Also, the stock pully setup usually has a "cage" type bearing system, with a BIG hex bolt holding it on the crank, most of the aftermarket pullys i have seen use a machined aluminum pully held on with allen head bolts....

As for your vaccum issue, look on the drivers side rear of intake/blower base, the boost bypass valve is there, and may be disconnected/bypassed....

If the original isn't still under your hood, you can get a copy of your vacuum diagram free from Ford using the code on your EEC.

And you can get a lot more input on your L at NLOC.
