Anything is possible with bags of time and money - both of which would be needed for that swap. Do a search in this forum and I think you'll find lots of posts with similar questions. The short answer is that it's just not as easy as it used to be due to the electronics involved.

I'd say the wiring would be the least of the problems. Engine mounts & bellhousing are different. Plus: it's a heavier & weaker engine. If you're gonna swap something, get a 3V 5.4L.

Obviously he has not:

Tried to change the spark plugs.... (That ought to work out nicley)

Had any issues with the "cam phasers" (another engineering masterpeice)

I dont know what year 3v this guys got, but damn, if he wants something decent, i'd suggest a 4.9........

I'm also looking for information on engine swaps. My 95 Bronco went away on a trade in, and I truly miss that 351/C6 combo. Much to my dismay, I've discovered the 351 was never offered in the Expedition.. As my 95 had EFI, I'm sure it can be done.

You revived a pretty old thread. But in short, its not worth it. Not sure what year expy you have, but maybe looking into swapping in a 5.4 2v. The 2v is actually a more powerful engine. Ford made it you replace the 351..

Start a new thread with info about your expy and see what others might have to say.
