I want to do a tune up and don't know much about the 4.6 in my 4x4. What kind of plugs do you guys and gals use? Or any other tips on tuning up my truck? I've only had the truck for a couple months and never had a ford before so I'm out for knowledge and I don't want to pay $75 an hour at a dealer. thanks.

 

I'd take one out and inspect it before just changing out the plugs. Do a thread search on spark plugs, and you will see why.
