I am having problems finding a used 4.2 for my 1997 f150 4x4
I would like to know if anyone has done a 4.6 swap in one of these
trucks, seems to me that it shouldn't be that difficult to do, maybe re program the computer (or get a used one of those too), but what about the wiring harness and transmission?? would they have to be replaced too? it is a 4x4 with a 4speed automatic.... thanks for any help
