Yesterday I posted a thread about removing the cylinder heads from my 98 4x4 ORP 5.4. I have pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I am going to end up doing it. I was speaking with a machine shop yesterday to make arrangements and they informed me that I would need a valve kit. Can anyone recommend a suplier / brand.

Also, while my truck has never "spit" a plug I have read lots of posts about it and it doesn't sound good. While the heads are off I am thinking that I should address this problem as well. Can anyone recommend a particular brand of insert?

One more question - can anyone recommend a good shop manual as I REALLY don't want to screw this up.
