Idling too Fast 5.4L

I have a 2001 Screw Lariat 2WD and it is idling too fast. I have cleaned the MAF and the IAC. Idles in park @ 1000-1200 RPM.
HELP!!!! 56,000 miles stock

You have a vacuum leak. Start by checking the PCV hose elbows for tears.

Thinking of putting an AF1 air intake good investment???

What kind of intake you using now ? It will do that if your current intake is leaking as well..
