Power steering issues

I just bought a 1985 F150 with a 6" superlift and 36" Mickey T's. The issue is the power steering. At idle, it is a slight squeek. as soon as you go to turn the wheel it sounds HORRIBLE. On top of that it is almost impossible to turn the wheels. Any suggestions to whats wrong?

Replace the pump. The load from those 36s has put alot of extra strain on the pump.
