"New" and need some Help

Hey, Im new here just bought a 2004 F-150 SCrew very sharp. When purchased from dealer the engine light was on Dealer quote we will take car of it (bought it at a mercedes Dealer) They took it to one of the local ford dealers. (by the way it was orange and was not blinking the engine light that is) So they sent it back and said it was turn off. Said it was a sensor on the manifold to do with reading bad gas or something but i have been putting the same gas in my 2000 Mustang and not lights with it. So what is this so called sensor cause it is back on and they said they were taking it to another dealer because they (MERC dealer did not liek the estimate the first ford dealer gave them is this an expensive sensor or am I about to get hosed.. Thanks guys

mercedes would have NO idea what is wrong, take it to an autozone and have the code read. There is no sensor to tell you that you have bad gas... sounds like an o2 sensor to me.
