95 f-150

New to this my bad if im posting in wrong place .Has anyone ever got more hp chip from ebay do they really work.Any any suggestions on better gas mileage besides not driving.

When I got my truck, I calculated the gas mileage and was getting around nine miles to the gallon. The K&N intake added an extra four miles to the gallon. It’s the best gas-saver I’ve gotten so far.
