Question Im having a whistling noise from my engine....

whenever i hit the gas im gettin a whistling noise it sounds like its comin from my throttle body...i used to have a throttle body spacer but i took it off because i lost power with it...any ideas what it could be...thanks for the help...

Just guessing here but it might be the old gasket got damaged or if you used a new one it was not the same exact size of your throttle body or you are still using your K&N which is actually a Hot Air Intake. The stock cold air intake is your best option IMHO

i used the old gaskets because they looked like they were in good condition but i guess i will go to autozone and buy a new gasket...is there anything special i should get...?

If your truck is running smooth then your gasket is probably okay. I got my gasket at Ford and put it on dry, nothing special.
