To the original poster

Have you done any stereo work on your truck? I have a 99 f350. I took out the stereo to remove some change my son fed it and my air bag light has been on since.

Does your switch still work for turning off the passenger side? Mine does not.

my code is 42. there is a list of codes in the electrical section somewhere.
I also have the air bag code 42 on my 2004 f-150 5.4l. Did you get your truck fixed and if so, were you able to do it yourself of have it done?? Thanks.
