Engineering flaw with 00 F150

i have a 97 4.6. i pulled the front passenger plug to check the condition. what a pain in the ***. they were autolites. it has 130k wanted to see if the originals were in there. plugs looked good but i dread the day i have to change them.

I had one of my plugs eject itself out of the head. So I decided while I was fixing that, I would change all the plugs. And also swap all the or ings on the injectors. Go to the tech articles at the top and look up the spark plug change. Basically, you disconnect the fuel rails, then remove the cop's. I didn't use any fancy multiconnected extensions, just got my hand back and used normal straight extensions. I thought it was fairly easy to do.
