My 2000,5.4,4x4 has 77000mi which i bought from second owner prior to me the only thing done was brakes and fluid changes.

I have replaced the original battery in november and the IAC in october.Other than that new brake pads is the only other thing needed.Normal fluid changes plugs and belt.
