Niehoff COP Terminals

Had to replace #8 COP last night. Picked up a Niehoff at the closest parts store. The terminals are not flat like the old, and the Wells COP i usually buy. They are round, and the connector doesn't push on easily. I'm returning today, and going with the Wells. This is on a 97 5.4L.

Anybody else have his problem?

The brand of COP I bought. It appears there is two different numbers of the coile. One for the 97 5.4, and another for newer model. I'll check the number, and see if there is a difference.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the Niehoff COPs. Operator error. I couldn't see it, but the connector from the injector was rotated enough that the COP connector was making contact, and prevented it from mating all the way. Upon further inspection, I saw this, turned the injector a tad, and it fit perfectly. I have a smooth runner again!
