Could a maf make my truck miss like it it is running on 7 it is a 99, F150 5.4th thanks

Are you talking you stock MAF, or did you replace it with a bigger aftermarket one?

If it is running that bad, you should have a check engine light. At least a pending code. Get the code/codes and let us know.

Yes it is stock it might be a cop going now to get code
