P1451 canister vent solenoid

Anyone know where to buy the solenoid - is it called something else - and how much it will cost. Also, what is the easiest way to remove? I see where it is, but it is not immediately intuitive how to remove. Any help would be appreciated. By the way, this is on a 98 F150 w/4.6.

Thanks,
Rich

I was able to remove the solenoid and tested it. According to a post by project89SHO, it tested at 56.7 ohms, so it appears good. I check vehicle power to the solenoid, again based on his post, and found no voltage going to the solenoid. Now my question is, what now? If there is not vehicle power going to the solenoid, what does that mean? What should I check next?

Thanks,
Rich

I thought the consensus was that the P1451 code was not due to a leaking gas cap???
