vacuum leak at pcv hose

my 1997 5.4 has a bad hose end at the intake for the pcv valve,it is obviously two different sizes and am wondering if the only replacement hose is a molded factory hose or are there aftermarket hoses available?

A 90 degree spark plug boot has been reported to work just fine.

Otherwise, the factory replacement hose isn't very evpensive.
