Engine questions

Here is what I have currently. '94 F-350 Crew Cab 4WD stock engine is a 351 right now the driver side head gasket I suspect is blown. I am considering just replacing the 1 head gasket as an interim "band-aid" type fix until I can get a 460 built to replace it, then sell the 351 as a running core. This is not and will not be my daily driver, the reason to repair the 351 is so it is drivable and not sitting for months until I get the 460.
What will I need to replace/modify? Computer? Radiator? Sensors? Wiring Harness? Motor Mounts?Etc......
Trans is E4OD.

Probably the core support & radiator, and some fuel lines. Definitely engine mounts (but not the frame perches), some wiring, transmission, cat-forward exhaust, & front springs.
