tuneup on 2000 f150 with 4.6 . . .
please , tell me how and what all needs to be done to do a complete tuneup on 2000 f150 with 4.6 ? i have never done a tuneup before . what tools do i need and how difficult is it . any and all help will be appreciated . thanks jay

how many miles do you have on it??? these trucks dont really get a 'tune up'. let us know the miles and well tell you what u need to look at.pick up a haynes manual and read it cover to cover.
