used seafoam

Have an 01 Screw 5.4 with 130,000mi. Tried Seafoam today and fed it in through the brake booster hose, did it slow and the engine sputtered here and there(read thats all normal) then shut it off for about 12 min, started up without hesitation and no smoke what so ever form the exhaust. Let it idle for 5-10 min and drove it around for 10 more. Should i try more of it? Oh and the truck was warm already. Anyone not had the smoke before?

did you use about 1/2 can?....it would smoke some even just to burn the seafoam off. I always use a small dia. hose

It won't really smoke unless you run the **** out of it, unless it has a TON of miles on it.

Thats what I was thinking, just no carbon to burn but I thought there would have been at least a little.

What do you mean by pretty high? Pretty high to my father is 3,000RPMs. Pretty high to me is 5500 RPMS.
