Is there a performance head upgrade for a 3v 5.4?
I just had a BAD head probem which ruined my LH head and front piston on my 04 FX4, 5.4 3v and before I just buy a stock replacement head, I might take the plunge for ported heads, DEPENDING on cost and how much they will improve performance.. I will also be finishing the install of my Powerdyne kit.... Any info would be GREATLY appreciated. I have done a ton of research on the net looking for 5.4 heads, but came up with nothing.....

You might want to try this. I saw the price for stage I was around $995 for 8 cylinder heads. Extrude hone has been around for years.
