HI!... Actually I started off in 1ST gear and ended the burnout in 2ND gear at 6500RPM. No water, or bleach was used. It was power braked, no line lock. Tires were bald and had new ones in bed of truck incase I popped them lol! Tranny temp gauge never got over 165 degrees. Both electric fans were running during the burnout so engine temps never got over 195 degrees. Back brakes still looked like new.

Eventually you will break something. I did them all the time in my old Capri and never had any problems (except having to buy tires and do alot of tranny fluid changes) but my buddy's diff on his old car decided to go out one day when we were just cruisin on the highway.
