02 won't start

I floored my truck around a corner today and it just died. Turn the key and it cranks perfectly but won't start. I can't hear the fuel pump running. I forgot to check the fuses so I'll have to go do that later. Question: is it normal for a fuel pump to just take a crap all of a sudden? I was also wondering if I could have tripped the intertia switch. Where is that located?

Inertia switch should be located underneath the passenger side kick panel. It will have a reset button on it.

I found that my PCM fuse was blown. I have no idea why it blew but after I replaced it everything was fine. I just finished fixing a very similar problem with my transmission fuse today and then this one blows. God, I hate electrical.
