Is it worth spending close to 300 bucks to put an aftermarket JET maf sensor? will i notice any change in power or mpg?

hah yea i am and i didn't notice i got that response. must of been around the same time i posted this one. i was just looking at how many less views the aftermarker section has compaired to the engine section so i figured maybe i would get an answer and i did
